About the Main Venue – Count de Hoernle AmphitheaterConstructed and opened in November 2002, The Centre for the Arts at Mizner Park boasts the Count de Hoernle Amphitheater, an open-air venue that will play host to all of the Festival’s musical performances. The concert green, a plaza by day and the central viewing area of the amphitheater stage during performances, is surrounded by a two-level colonnade. The green provides access to the art museum on the west and a place for people to congregate during the day and evening when there are no performances, in the style of the great plazas of Europe. The Centre for the Arts at Mizner Park Amphitheater is about 50 minutes from Miami; 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale and 25 minutes from West Palm Beach. The Amphitheater is located on the east side of US1 / Federal Highway between Palmetto Park Road and Glades Road. From I-95 to Glades Road exit. Head east on Glades Road to US1 / Federal Highway. Make a right onto US1 / Federal Highway and head south for about a ˝ mile. The Amphitheater and parking areas will be on the east side of the street.
